Notice

The Employee/Intern may at any time terminate this Agreement and their service by giving not less than two weeks written notice to WISE.

WISE may terminate this Agreement and the Employee/Intern’s service at any time, without notice or payment in lieu of notice, for sufficient cause.

Unilateral termination

WISE may decide on unilateral termination of the service on the basis of reasons stipulated in prevailing labour rules and provisions.

Property

The Employee/Intern agrees to return any property of the organisation at the time of termination.

The Volunteer is under no obligation to provide any services to WISE and is free to discontinue their volunteer activities at any time. WISE may terminate any volunteer relationship at any time without cause or prior notice and at its sole discretion.

Pemberitahuan

Karyawan/Intern diperbolehkan sewaktu-waktu untuk memutus perjanjian dan layanannya dengan memberikan pemberitahuan tertulis kurang dari dua minggu kepada WISE.

WISE dapat memutus persetujuan ini sewaktu-waktu, tanpa pemberitahuan atau pembayaran untuk penggantian pemberitahuan, untuk penyebab yang jelas.

Memberhentikan layanan secara sepihak

WISE diperbolehkan untuk memberhentikan layanan secara sepihak dengan alasan yang ditetapkan  dalam ketentuan dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan yang berlaku.

Properti

Karyawan/Intern setuju untuk mengembalikan properti organisasi saat penghentian.
