Some institutions set up schemes for target beneficiaries (e.g. their students, youth) to undertake traineeships or internships with organisations like WISEActSEA. These schemes generally run for a certain period with a limited number of people. Where schemes require little or no payment from WISEActSEA, the organisation will take the opportunity to recruit as many participants as possible. |
