Notice

The Employee/Intern may at any time terminate this Agreement and their service by giving not less than two weeks written notice to

ActSEA, or payment in lieu of notice.

ActSEA may terminate this Agreement and the Employee/Intern’s service at any time, without notice or payment in lieu of notice, for sufficient cause, including but not limited to misconduct, theft, fraud.

 

Unilateral termination

WISE may decide on unilateral termination of the service on the basis of reasons stipulated in prevailing labour rules and provisions.

Property

The Employee/Intern agrees to return any property of the organisation at the time of termination
