Facilitate platforms for volunteers to engage with WISE and each other.

Recognise volunteers' contributions through:

• The Faces of WISE profiles on WISE's communications channels, with the Public Engagement Team
• Issue volunteer certificates, with the HR Team

Develop capacity to engage volunteers:

• Create and maintain a Volunteer Management Handbook
• Maintain volunteer information, with the HR Team
• Gather feedback from volunteers to improve volunteer engagement
